Lioness is the new film co-production between India and UK under the bilateral treaty, simply an agreement between two countries. Aditi Rao Hydari joined the film recently, and it is the story of a princess called Sophia Duleep Singh. And the princess character will be essayed by British-Indian actress Paige Sandhu. On the other hand, Aditi plays the role of Mehak Kaur, who is an equally strong character in this historical drama.
The film was officially launched at the India Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival 2023. Lioness will be written and directed by Kajri Babbar.

Story
